Hot melt adhesives are used at different temperatures on manual edge banding machines

　　For most manual edge banding machines, due to the manual operation of the worker, it requires that the hot melt adhesive used has a long open time to seal the curved part. Hot-melt adhesive is generally applied on the edge banding. In order to ensure the quality of the edge sealing, the domestic manual edge banding machine also adopts the method of double-sided coating. Manual edge banding machine tank temperature is generally controlled below 180 °C (Germany BRANDT manual edge banding machine can be heated to above 200 °C), so use hot melt adhesive with a temperature below 180 °C. If a thin PVC of 0.2 mm or less is sealed on a manual edge banding machine, the hot melt adhesive used must have a temperature of about 120 °C.
